Update on Housing with Care schemes
Norfolk County Council has now formally confirmed the successful providers for the future Housing with Care contracts.
After careful consideration and engagement with the recent procurement process, Norse Care decided not to submit a bid for the Housing with Care contracts. This decision is not a reflection of the quality of care delivered by our dedicated teams, of which we remain extremely proud. It has been made after considering a range of strategic and commercial factors.
The transfer of services is expected to happen on 31 July 2026. The new providers will be as follows:

Our immediate priority is supporting tenants, families and colleagues through the transition process. We are committed to working closely with Norfolk County Council, incoming providers and housing partners to help ensure continuity of care and support throughout the transition.
