Pippa Riches
Manager
I started in the care sector almost 20 years ago, working my way from a care assistant through to registered manager. It’s a job I love and I can’t imagine doing anything else. Over the years I have met some wonderful people, residents who have a lifetime of experiences to share and staff who are passionate about delivering quality care to enhance the lives of the residents they care for.
I became manager at St Nicholas House in July 2018 and I’m proud to be working with a dedicated team of carers who enjoy being part of a company whose aim is to deliver high quality person-centred care and who supports staff in achieving these goals.
