Norfolk County Council Announces Strategic Transformation Plans

Norfolk County Council has recently published cabinet papers outlining proposals for the future transformation of adult social care across the county. These papers also discuss the care contract with Norse Care post March 2026.

We recognise the national challenges currently facing the adult social care sector and support the steps Norfolk County Council is taking to develop sustainable care solutions for the future needs of local communities.

We appreciate that periods of change can be unsettling, and we want to reassure our residents, tenants, their families and our staff that we are here to support them every step of the way during this period of transformation.

Norse Care is dedicated to delivering quality adult social care while supporting Norfolk County Council in shaping a sustainable care provision for the future.
