NorseCare shortlisted for prestigious care awards

NorseCare is delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists in two categories at the annual LaingBuisson Awards, one of the most prestigious sets of national awards for the care sector.

The company has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Small Residential Care Provider of The Year’ category (for companies with less than 1,000 residential care beds) and also in the ‘Best Housing with Care Provider of The Year’ category.

NorseCare was previously a winner in the Best Residential Care category in 2015 and won the Best Housing with Care category in 2019.

Being shortlisted in both categories this year, against excellent competition from across the country, is an incredible achievement.

Martin Rix, NorseCare’s Chief Operating Officer expressed his delight; “I am so pleased that we have been shortlisted for these prestigious national awards, particularly given the current challenges we are facing.

“The pandemic has presented us with some extreme difficulties and our staff have responded magnificently and with unwavering courage and dedication.

“Being shortlisted as finalists in two categories is absolutely wonderful and deserved recognition of the excellent work that all of our staff do to provide quality care for all those people that live with us.”

The award ceremony will take place in London on Thursday 19 November.

LaingBuisson is the leading provider of healthcare market intelligence, consulting and data solutions and the Office for National Statistics’ chosen provider of independent healthcare data.
