Spreading Festive Cheer

Tenants and residents from NorseCare’s residential homes and housing with care schemes have designed a glittering array of Christmas cards for this year’s festive competition.

Janet Oates, from Barley Court, in New Costessey, won the competition with her delightful snowman design and has now seen her beautiful entry made into the official Christmas card for all the NorseCare facilities.

Runners up Pat Blenkiron and Brenda Gough, from Mountfield, in Norwich, and Richard Bates, from Lloyd Court, in High Kelling, near Holt, were highly commended for their entries.

Pat and Brenda submitted a painting of Santa Claus, while Richard’s design showed the star of Bethlehem shining above the world.

Interim Director of NorseCare, Jamie McDonald, said: “There were so many fantastic entries to choose from – we really do have some wonderful artists among our tenants and residents and I hope they all enjoyed creating their festive entries.

“Congratulations to Janet, Pat, Brenda and Richard for their brilliant efforts.”

NorseCare would like to thank all the tenants and residents for their outstanding submissions.
