Engage App

Our Engage app is a great way to communicate with colleagues across the business. It is our social platform, allowing you to talk to people across the company. You should have downloaded this before joining, but if you haven’t, find out how to access it here.

On Engage, we have a vibrant Norse Care community, a hub for staying updated and connected with your team. Joining this community is a great way to enhance your professional network and stay in the loop with what’s happening in our company.

EDI&B (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging)

The Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Committee promotes an inclusive culture that actively values our individuality and recognises that people from different backgrounds and experiences can bring valuable insights to the workplace and enhance how we work.

This dedicated group actively shapes our EDIB strategy and strives to create a more inclusive workplace culture. If you would like to join the EDI&B committee, email edib@norsegroup.co.uk.

Our Voice Forum

Our Voice forums allow all our employees to have a say and allow for two-way communication across the business. We have employee representatives across our care homes who attend the Our Voice forum on behalf of their colleagues. Our representatives provide feedback and suggestions on improving our employee experience, discuss critical issues, and receive important updates about the business. If you are interested in being an employee representative, email  ourvoice@norsegroup.co.uk.
